To the Indian army, again...
O valiant warriors, bravery's undying light,
You who fight darkness, and the blackest night,
You make the immortal glow of hope burn,
Through days and months, each decade's turn,
Be victorious! Against hordes of peril and doom!
May your invincible courage end shame and gloom!
If there are angels, they are none else but you all,
Who make our nation rise again, after every fall.
Salutations to you, noble warriors of Aryan land,
May you stand victorious, amidst waters and sand,
Amidst mountains and hills, amidst chill and snow,
Amidst highest heavens, or valleys lying low.
- Saluting each brave personnel of our army,
Once again and thousand times so,
Anirban Chatterjee.
