A serious bug with the Suvi ROM series

As many of you guys might be aware, Suvi happens to be one of the quality ROMs available with the beauty of Jellybean and flexibility of customized settings for Micromax A110 Canvas 2. Suvi ROM works fine, as of now with the 5.1 update, everything is awesome. But one major bug prevents it from being perfect. Once Suvi is installed and if battery goes down to the level that you can't power on your device unless you charge it, you are doomed. A dead battery can't be charged using Suvi ROM. The charging LED doesn't glow, and it doesn't take in charge, most probably.
The blue charging icon doesn't display, and all we get is a black screen. Neither the recovery nor the phone starts even after constantly charging the phone for 5 hours. If we remove the battery and try, it doesn't start even if the power is on. If we plugin the battery, power on charge and then try, it shows a green battery tile and 'wait' side to its bottom-left.

This can be your android if your battery dies, even once, damn seriously!

The phone can't be started at all, and I have given up all hope, but thankfully we could use Flash Tool to revert back to Micromax V2 ROM and that solved the issue. There is no problem with the battery. Even flashing V2 ROM was difficult. Most of the time the phone didn't get detected at all because of the dead battery (all drivers are installed). And often the flashing process got interrupted in the midway, possibly because of battery failure. After keeping it connected to the computer for several minutes, I could format the entire flash and then the blue charging tile got displayed (that is, the phone is charging) after plugging on the phone to the charger. After charging it thus for a minute or two, once it had got sufficient pwer to flash the V2 ROM, I attempted to flash the ROM and it worked.

Another small bug is that, PimpMyROM doesn't work with this ROM, and if we attempt any tweak, then GPS doesn't start after rebooting and data connction toggle fails to work.

On the positive side, sound quality is the best by default, GPS actually works after installing GPS fix patch for Helios and setting Location Engineer Mode to IPv4, display quality, boot animation and icons especially are great!

In fact, this is the best ROM I have used for Micromax A110. My humble request to the developer is to consider looking into the bug. :\

NOTE: Juice Offender app can be installed from Playstore for draining battery quickly, so as to test the bug and fix it. But beware, the bug is really, really serious and can drive anyone crazy as from my experience.
